Turffalo produces the highest quality and most environmentally sustainable turfgrass on the market. The performance of Turffalo brand turfgrass has been validated in numerous private and commercial applications throughout the US and in scientific studies conducted by Texas Tech University. We are extremely confident that Turffalo grasses will work well in almost any situation and we provide a Care Guide with every order (also available on Turffalo.com) to help insure success. However, this does not preclude the possibility that the grass may be subjected to chemicals, disease, lack of water or other conditions never intended and over which we as a company have no control. To this end, Turffalo guarantees that the plugs shipped to you are propagated from the original breeding stock and will arrive in good, healthy condition – ready to be planted. No other guarantee is expressed or implied. Turffalo brand plugs are extremely high quality, as they are grown in a greenhouse environment and individually inspected prior to shipping. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the plugs, the customer must contact Turffalo by phone within two days of delivery to make arrangements to return the plugs for refund or replacement. After two days have elapsed from the time of receipt, the customer assumes responsibility for the plugs. Please keep in mind that we consider our company an ongoing resource for lawn care information and are very interested in the success of our customer's lawns. We highly value our customers and strive to exceed their expectations with both our products and service.
