Turffalo produces the highest quality environmentally sustainable turfgrass on the market. The performance of Turffalo brand turfgrass has been validated in numerous private and commercial applications throughout the US and in controlled scientific studies conducted by Texas Tech University. We are extremely confident in the performance of Turffalo grasses, and want every customer to have a beautiful lawn. To that end, we provide a Care Guide with every order (also available on Turffalo.com) to help insure success. Turffalo brand grass is extremely high quality, as it is grown in a greenhouse and inspected carefully prior to shipping. Turffalo customers are valued highly and we strive to exceed their expectations with both our products and service.
WARRANTY: Turffalo guarantees that the grass received is the stated variety and will arrive in good, healthy condition – ready to plant. Due to conditions beyond the control of Turffalo such as soil type, weather conditions, watering schedule, application rate and type of chemicals or fertilizers applied to the grass, the warranty shall be limited to the quality of the original product. No other guarantee is expressed or implied. Such is expressly agreed to by the buyer as the exclusive sole remedy. In no event shall Turffalo be liable for indirect and consequential damages.
RETURNS: If product does not arrive in good, healthy condition, the buyer must contact Turffalo the same day as receipt for return authorization by calling 800-872-0522 and speaking with a representative. Due to the perishable nature of turfgrass, no returns are accepted for purchase overages. Double-check your planting requirements!
