How durable is a Turffalo lawn, especially with children, pets, harsh winters and droughts?
Turffalo lawns are extremely durable. They show little wear and recover quickly from heavy traffic. Being soft and lush, they are a joy for both children and pets and are equally or more durable than other grasses. Turffalo grasses are extremely hearty and have proven themselves in some of the harshest winters and droughts in the U.S. In the winter, or event of a drought, Turffalo grasses simply go dormant and turn a golden tan color. They will green-up in about a week after receiving moisture or when the weather warms up enough in the spring.
